I have cleared my 1sr grp of ipcc in Nov 10 and Gp2 in Nov11 and my articleship start dat is 28-02-2010 and two and half year are completed in around 28/08/2013...so i can appear in Nov 13 finals...??

My query is will there be any probelm in my final if i get registed my self after one year i.e Feb or march 13..????

The only reason for delay of my registration is that i already have got the final books from my cousin who is a CA now and also that my exam Final Exam will be due in Nov 13 so if i register now i will get book for this recent attempts but not for for Nov 13 as our CA course i being update so i would like to get books for my attempts so that i can prepare a bit better.

and late registration means that i will register myself around feb 13
So could you guide me with my query.

I had appeared for IPCC-II in November 2011. I have cleared it as results were declared on 9th February 2012.

Can any one tell me that what is the registration fees for final & what is the last date of registration?

My final attempt is in May 2014.

i passed pcc in nov.11 attempt. n my 3 1/2 year articleship is also completed.can i appear in ca final may 2012 attempt. if yes what should be my next step?if no then why? what should be my earliest attempt?

Is there any date before which a student must register for final..as my final is due on nov 13 and if i register now the module provided by the institute will not be much of use afer two year..?????

Please if currently there is no such rule about registration make one in coming year then ????

Hi friends. I have a doubt in sec.372A Intercompany loans. I dont understand the para given in the section.

The section says ceiling limit of Higher of either:
60% of paidup share capital and free reserves
100% free reserves.

Whether this celing limit applicable only to :
a)Investments in other body corporate.
b)Guarantee , security and Investments in other body corporate.
c)Intercompany loans,Guarantee , security and Investments in other body corporate.

I cleared CPT in 2008, but because of some reasons could not continue with my studies. With better financial position I would like to start again with CA aspiration.

Could you please advise if I have to re appear for the CPT or could continue on the basis of previous exam. If yes then what all I would have to do.

This is really important for me.
