I Urgently Need Help !!! I Had Started My Articleship On 23rd August 2011 After Passing My IPCC (Both Groups-May 2011 Attempt) And Had Done Articleship Registration Along With The Registration Of Final CA Attempt.I Got A Letter From ICAI On 9th November 2011 Stating That "Your Articleship Registration Is Failed As Your Principle(under which you are doing articleship)Has Already 10 articles under him "so i have to resubmit my form number 103/102 and 112. The main problem is that they have said me that i have to resubmit these forms until 23rd september 2011...............but how can i submit those to them when i itself got the letter on 9th november 2011.........and more of it ,that letter consists the date of 1st november 2011 . AND I HAVE A MAIN QUERY THAT WILL I BE ABLE TO GIVE THE MAY 2014 ATTEMPT OF FINAL CA cconsidering the above things ???

As per provisions of ICAI a IPCC pass out student can appear in final examination after completion of 2 years artcleship traning..
if your articleship was start from 1st nov 2011 then your two years traning will complete as on 31 oct 2013....so you can appear for NOV 2013 or May 2014 final examination as you wish.

But sir i think you have mistaken because the period is 2.5 years for an ipcc student.
so my query is will i get my first attempt of may 2014 or will it get postponed to nov. 2014 ???

definatetly you can appear for may2014 final examination because your 2.5 years training completed as on 30th apr 2014....2 years provisions applicable for PE-2 students

Thank You Sir !!! but will my article period of 23rd august 2011 till now will be considered by ICAI ? and if they will not consider it then will my attempt shift to nov 2014 from may 2014 ???
