I am facing a problem in scoring marks in audit every time i got marks between 33-39 and wasn't able to clear my first group because of this kindly please guide me so that i can clear my group...

I am a CA-Final student. My father is a builder, What do I do after becoming a chartered accountant in my fathers business in order to make the business grow and expand? Kindly suggest me the expansion strategies and do i have to join my Fathers business or do practice or job?

And any book for Corporate law which covers Sebi Act, Munish Bhandari doesnt has SEBI coverage so where should i cover it.? Please help.!

This is my 6th attempt.I got 42 in Adv. Mgmt.Acc. 23 in ISCA, 47 in DT,41 in IDT.What should i do to get good marks.Plz suggest me books as well as strategy to get good marks.I m very depressed with my result.My parents & relatives also very depressed from result.
