I have started my articleship on 20/2/2013 and continued in the firm till 31/8/2013 . I took transfer from there on 1/9/2013(Sunday).I joined new firm on 2/9/2013. I want to know when will my term of articleship complete on 20/2/2016 the actual day when three years of my articleship completes or some other day due my transfer.

If a company wants to do business of taking money to make members and organizing quiz for the members and pay them for the correct answers.

Along with this, the company pays the members commission for further making members and continue the membership tree?

Is doing this business valid and if it is what should be the objects mentioned in the MOA?

As there comes amendments in ISCA subject, and i had already taken my coaching in last batch if Dinesh Madan Sir, and as i am not too much concerned about the changes come, so what should i do now ? whether to join the coaching again if there are huge changes or there is any else way...?? sir i have ipcc 2nd group exam in november 2013 and still i not started my study what can i do sir

sir/mam i am registered with cs executive course dated 31.5.2013.insitute allows for only one module in dec 2013 exams bcz i m not regestired before 25.2.2013.if i clered one module. then i go for a articleship or not..otherwise i cleared 2nd module in june 2014 also.. after that i allowed only for articleship... sir pls solved my query bcz today is last date of filling exam form ..if insitute not allows for articleship after completing one module .. then i go for june 14 and gives both modules in june 14 only..
