My principal refuse to give me termination in first year of articleship. I do not wants to work on that place. Pls suggest me what can i do to get termination.

I had submitted my Application for re-validation of Registration in December 13, but unfortunately not received any communication about it. As I am from Western region I have tried calling Mumbai ICAI several times, but every time I call the number is buzy... even at 6 am or 10 pm at night!

I have sent couple of emails requesting the status, but no reply. So now I am really worried about my registration status because I want to fill my Exam form for Move 14 exam.

Please can some one help me to understand if there is a way get this verified and confirmed?

I've decided to give group 1 of ipcc in May and group 2 in November. do i have to register twice - once for group 1 and the next time for group 2? please guide me through it..

in above statement, 1st day of the month is count or not for training??

I am doing my articleship in the west. I have already completed 1 year and 3 months of my term. I want to take a transfer to my hometown in the north. Can I give medical reason for the same, Since I am unable to find any other suitable reason. Kindly advise.

I cleared my ipcc on nov 2013 but I join articleship in july 2014.so is it possible to take the articleship certificate from December 2013 (backdate)....? If yes....then what will be the procedure..?

i wanted to know whether the principal is liable to pay stipend for leave which is normally allowed (i.e 1/6th of days worked is "allowed leave")

My principal did not pay me stipend when i took leave for CA final preparations.he pays me very basic 1500/-.

I have read that "Principal is not rquired to pay for "excess leave taken". But what about the 1/6th leave which is allowed.

Besides he is also giving me extension.
