19 June 2014 As per my understanding NO.

At the time of registration you have to submit your final pass mark sheet which would not be available now in your case. So I think you have to defer your registration for some time.

but i went to icsi they told me that you can register for cs executive and you have to show that ur final year appeared and you have to submit your marksheet within 6 months.

21 June 2014 Oh...that is good news for you. Earlier they have refused my cousin around 2 years back.

So just go for it and get urself registered with ICSI.
