i am an existing ipcc student attempted 2 times but couldn't clear...couple of months back i converted to ipce under direct entry scheme for graduates .i Just want to know that i have converted in dec 2014 .so i will be eligible for exam in may 2015 or not. although i have appered many times before done all the training long time back... help me

Dear Experts,

I sent my form Articleship Completion form-108 three weeks ago. Today, on enquiring about the same on E-Sahaayta, I got the reply that I have taken 1 day of excess leave and I have to send Form 103 and Form 108 again for the Period of 1 day.

Do I have to execute the deed of articles again with my employer for 1 day period and submit forms 103 and 108?

Please Guide me.

my result was withheld by institute. my articleship started on 7 may 2012 and I called helpline while filling my examination form in November 2014 and they said I can fill the form and my roll number will be issued. although I explained them all my situation regarding I am 7 days late for eligibility criteria but they said me to fill the form and I gave my first group attempt and studied hard for it. now they have cancelled my result.

i am using windows 7 32 bit system.
when i am registering a DSC of director ,on MCA website, it showing PLEASE SELECT YOUR DSC.
However when i am clicking on select certificate, its no response .
further i am using JAVA 8 Update 25.

please provide solution.

I received a letter from ICAI Chennai stating that the Final Exam Attempt that I appeared for in November 2014 will not be corrected because as per them I have not complied with my article training requirement.

I joined my article in FIRM 1 on 26.04.2012 and took termination from the same firm on 15.04.2013.
I rejoined another article FIRM 2 on 26.04.2013 and the completion date is 07.05.2015.

To appear for CA Final Exam, I should have completed 2.5 years of my articleship training. I have complied with the rule and appeared for my exam in November 2014.

I already prepared for the exams, registered and applied for the Hall ticket and also appeared for the examination, but now I received the letter stating the result will be withheld.

I request all of you to give me an advice as to what I should do.

is it possible to transfer the DD submitted to rajahmundry branch of icai to hyderbad branch of icai, if already submitted in rajahmundry and cancel the same

i served as a article where 33 leaves were allowed as per 1/6 norms . but 38 leaves are taken. i recd a letter of excess leave of 5 days these excess leave are adjustable from total leaves allowed or 5 days need to be served after 3 yr completion???

I want to ask about ICAI rules regarding Industrial Training,in case the principal got transferred to any other corporate office/subsy co./holding co. of the company in which the trainee has started his industrial training.
Whether the trainee also got transferred with the principal or he will continue with the same office.

Plz help
