For taking transfer in 2nd year of articleship

20 December 2014 I Want to take a transfer in 2nd year of my articleship, Because of some Family Issues, we have to be Moved from my Current city to Rajasthan Sate .
And we are moving only and only On Ground of Shifting of buisness.
So It is possible to take a transfer on this Ground / Reason,
Because My Principal Wouldn't help me For giving as a dummy.
Its a very Urgent.
Which Step I should have to take ??
