I am currently in 2nd year of my articleship & have registered for Ca final & also ive simultaneously registered for atc certificate. I had a query whether now i give my ca final or not? As when i applied for atc, i was told it is just an additional certificate & you can proceed with your ca final exams. Please guide

i am a student of icai registered as direct entry on dec 2012. i have complited my it and orientation programme but join a article firm in the year july 2016 because some of my family problem .
now i want to re-registration of my ipcc and finish my course.
please suggest me what can i do?

I am in my 3rd year of articleship, now I am unfit to come office daily as it far from my house, which requires me to travel via bus and also have some walking distance.
I have to undergo the knee surgery and I also have corneal damage in my one eye. Eye problem is from last year and knee problem is started from past month.
Doctors of eye had asked me not to use pc,stay away from dust direct sunlight and etc and I am on HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINES as this cant be cured even after surgery.
Doctors of knee has suggested me to take bed rest and not to walk, not to stand, not to lift any weight and do not drive. And they has suggested that knee surgery is the only treatment for this problem.
However the knee surgery will be recovered after 2 or 3 months.
i told all these matters to my CA, who in return told me that it will not be required much time to recover the surgery and adjust these leaves in your examination leaves and I will not give you transfer at any case because I dont have much staff.
And as I in 3rd year he is also not signing the consent letter.
I want to take trasnfer from there and want to work at such other place where work load is less and I dont have to travel much, not after the surgery of knee because my eyes are now not well and has worsen the situation. I have now blurry vision and heavy eye floaters.
Reagarding eyes I have medicals issued by the HOMEOPATHY DOCTOR WHO IS "BHMS"

Now I want to know that what can I do in all these, what if I file complaint or request ICAI regarding this, will ICAI ask me to settle down with the leaves because I dont want to take leaves I want transfer. What possibly can I do in this?
Plz dont ask me to call ICAI, they dont reply well I want you guys to help me in this..plz its very urgent

I want to quit ca because I am not physically fit to go to office and do my internship.
I am in 3rd year of my internship period and My eyes are not well.It has corneal damage and flotaters with blurry vision.
My right leg is also disable.It has ligament tear near my knee. Doctors asked me not to walk,stand,run,jump,and travel for long distances.
I told my CA all thses with medical reports. He clicked the pics of my reports and told me that he will show them to my relative who is a doctor in punjab.
After some days he told me that he(his relative) told him that reports are normal and he can continue the office.
Now he is saying me that he will not give him leaves for examinations and will ruin the remaining internship period.
Plzz give me the solution regarding this.

hello everyone..i have completed my articleship on 11-4-2016 and due to exams i have submitted form 108 with late fee on 24-5-2016..till date i haven't got any letter from icai..but i came to know that a copy to my office hassent by icai dated 6-6-2016.i came on 7-9-2016..now what is the procedure do i need to follow without any condened by icai..please help me out..do i need to submitt both forms 102 & 103..and do i need to make stamp or non-judicial agrrement paper for form 102..please reply fast..thanking you

I want to do Gmcs I I in September 2016 .when I went to the online registration site for gmcs, it shows me 2 options GMCS and GMCS I I, when I select GMCS I I as my option it shows error .But when I select GMCS as my option it shows me 3 batches ( 2 September batch - GMCS & one November batch named as GMCS I I 7th batch.I have heard that nomenclature Gmcs I I has been changed to GMCS.
Please check the online registration site and help me out whether I can register for September batch or not ( In short whether GMCS I I & GMCS are same)

I got Exemption in Ipcc 1st group in LAW papaer in MAY 2016. I Apllied Nov 2016 exams but in my exam application form( online mode) , i didn't mention details about the exemption. In this regarding May i eligible or not exemption of that paper?...if not eligible, what is the procedure for taking that exemption? pls advise me...
