I have appeared in may 2010 IPCC exams, if I dont appear in nov. 2010 exams will my attempt be counted?

In 3.6 years of Articleship how can I Write Work Undertaken in Form No. 108 for Excess 6 Month?

Because in form no 108 there is only space for 3 years for writing Detail of Work Undertaken and Training Received.

which book should i refer for service tax and vat portion? i am presently using VK SINGHANIA for direct tax ,but it hardly contains anything about vat and service tax?is there any book by same author for the two ?

can anyone provide me icwai inter question papers of any latest attempt?

One of my client is enjoying exemption U/s. 80IB (10) for Building & Development of Housing Projects. He has fulfilled all the condition prescribed under section.

My query is - Is it mandatory to get revised plan from the appropriate authority, when the developer constructed the building slightly different way then the original plan approved by the authority?
If suppose the developer does not get revised plan from the authority, the exemption U/s. 80IB(10) can be withdrawn?

I have started my articleship in 1st November 2007. After 3 1/2 years it ends on 30th April 2011. But there was a mistake in calculation during my registration and it was printed in my identity card as 31st may 2011. Whether I can attend my CA Final exams in May 2011? i m going to appear in nov-2010 ca final exam. i have taken coaching of A/c, mafa, casting, mics. but dt, idt, audit, law - i m doing self. the coachings were taken in june-2009 for A/c, mafa, cost & mics.

but i did not revise after coaching.
now, i want to study all subjects self.
so, plz tell me what should be my strategy to complete my course and get good marks in nov-2010 exam.
