Can you explain me how set off of group totals available at professional programme. I got the following marks;
Total Result

Gr. I 48 & 47 95 Fail
Gr. II 63 & 53 116 Pass
Gr. III 54 & 59 113 Pass
Gr. IV 49 & 34 83 Fail

So can I able to avail the set off of marks of Gr. II and Gr. III for Gr. I as I cleared in both subject of Gr. I but aggregate of 100 not achived.
Please assist me

Dear Experts, i am a student of PCC working as an article assistant, my first attempt of PCC was due in May'10 but due to my unfortunate luck i could not give the exam bcoz my Principal didnt gave me leave. I want to give my exam in Nov'10 but again the same thing is happening with me my Principal is telling me to go out of station for 20-25 days. though i m trying my best to prepare for my exam and appear for atleast Group-1 in this term but couldn't focus on my studies due to these reasons. Should i go to the institute & complain against him?? or is there any other way to solve it , he has even marked me absent for my ITT training for 30 days. Other articles in my firm are also suffering the same problem?? Plz help me for what should i do. There are other problems also but this is the foremost which my article colleaques are also facing.

Before I ask u something, Let me make u aware of my present and past first. I have done my graduation (BS) and passout of 2006. After I got into job, as family circumstances did not allow me to get into higher studies. I was good in academics, but was also lacking the guidance; otherwise I would have opted for some professional course after 10+2 only. I worked in secretarial domain (not legal but co-ordination) for whole 3 years and then made funds so that I could invest them in my marriage. Now I am married and of 26 years, thanks to God as I have got a very well established family, cooperative Husband and I am not lacking financial back up. Right now, I am working as a Executive-Coordination in Finance & Accounts and planning to pursue some professional finance course. Leaving job is not a issue for me. The thing is I want to see myself at better position. Please advice accordingly.

I am student of PE II. I cleard first group but not second group yet. Now i have to convert to IPCC. I read the ICAI announcement regarding the same, where it is said to complete 100 hrs. ITT Training before articleship. Please let me know, where these courses are conducted. what is the procedure for the same. and Duration also. I am in Pune.

In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.

sir does it mean that i can take transfer by mutual consent of me and my principal
