i hve complt cs . can i direct entry in.ca final??

(1)I have got exemtion in Advane Account on attempt of May-2013,but i have failed in audit,so i have not cleared Group-2.In Nov 2013 i appeared exam i have exemption in IT-SM and i agaim fail in Audit.In next attempt i have selected exemeption in IT-SM.Wheather i am wrong or right?

(2)wheather i am wrong above mentioned problem so what procedure behind in?

sir,my self altaf shaikh.i was student of ipcc.i have cleared only my first group in May 2012 and till now i am unable to clear my second gruop.i have completd my articleship only 1.5 year.due to finacial crisise i have left ca. i have submited form 109 and NOC of my ca and necessary document.i have competed OC,ITT &GMCS 1.
Sir i want to know from you that can i apply for ATC certificate without giving any exam(i.e directly receive certificate).I have registerd my ipcc in Nov 2010 for both group only..

I HAVE TAKEN TERMINATION OF ARTICLESHIP on 08-10-2013 AND RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF TERMINATION OF MY ARTICLES ON 14-10-2013AND I JOINED AS ARTICLE FROM 30-10-2013 UNDER CA PHANI KUMAR BEARING MEMBERSHIP NO.222495.I POSTED THE FORM ON 31-11-2013.BUT I OR MY PRINCIPAL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/ LETTER REGARDING MY ARTICLE SHIP AND MY NAME HAS NOT APPEARED ON THE WEBSITE OF ARTICLESHIP STATUS ALSO. CAN YOU PLEASE ANYONE HELP ME REGARDING MY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

sir i p a kanore doing business i.e supply of buses on monthly hire basis to company. i have registered under service tax act under rent a cab scheme operator since 2007. i want know about my activity attracted service tax or not. give me some notification or provision in act if i am exempted

I'm doing articleship.when i searched my articleship status using my principle's membership number, my name is showing wrong(middle name doesn't appear)but my registration number is correct.what should i do?is there any problem in future with that?plz let me know.i'm great full for your advises..

Dear Friends, mistakenly i did not pay CA final exam fees yet to appear in this may exams. I didnt even notice the last date. Now even the date for late fee is also elapsed. Can any one of you let me know is there any chance of making the payment of Exam fees now whether offline or online? Can I appear in may Exams? Please assist.
