sir,my self altaf shaikh.i was student of ipcc.i have cleared only my first group in May 2012 and till now i am unable to clear my second gruop.i have completd my articleship only 1.5 year.due to finacial crisise i have left ca. i have submited form 109 and NOC of my ca and necessary document.i have competed OC,ITT &GMCS 1.
Sir i want to know from you that can i apply for ATC certificate without giving any exam(i.e directly receive certificate).I have registerd my ipcc in Nov 2010 for both group only..

Dear Friend ,Group I of IPCC exam is equivalent to ATC , you are not required to give any more exam if you have already passed the first group...However,as far as the certificate is concerned you should meet the concerned department of ICAI.
