I am CA final student and my attempt is November 2015,in the meantime I want to do NCFM (National Stock Exchange Certification in Financial Markets) Course. Please answer my queries:
1. Whether I need to take prior permission from ICAI to start this course.
2. When should I register for Final so that I can get the Books of revised and updated syllabus, i.e. Company Law, ISCA

My articleship is at the edge of completion so if i m not wrong; the only requirement is to send form 108 within 30 days to the institute...

R there any other formalities to b complied with...?

Dear sir/mam As I have registered for CS executive level as on 28 th feb (exams of which to be held in dec14)....and I m also CA final student and my articleship is abount to complete on 31st march 2014 ...and i have to intimate CA institute regarding pursuance of CS course within 30 days..i.e. till 31 st march 14.by filing 112 form that should be signed by employer...so is it possible to get my form 112 signed by some other chartered accountant..???? pls reply n thanks in advance

1 person has registered himself with service tax as proprietor & he is providing online manpower consultancy through a job portal site. He has 20 employees approx. But someone else looks after all work on 50% of net profit. Now they want it on paper but don't want to form a partnership firm. so plz suggest how to do & what are the procedure for the same?

I had taken admission on October'13 and completed my orientation and ITT on Mar'14.But I entered in articleship from Apr'14 onwards. Can I eligible for writing exams on Nov'14 attempt.

Sir, I have my CA final exam due on May,15. I want to appear for both groups but I have not started studying yet. I will be having exactly 1 year in hand for preparations. Is it possible to prepare within 1 year without taking coaching? If yes then what are good self study books for all subjects? I had cleared my IPCC both group in 1 Shot without taking any coaching and I want to know is it possible for CA Final too or not?

I applied for both groups in CA final for may-2014 but as per my preparation I think it would not be possible to focus on both groups so i m going 2 appear for group-I & in 2nd group only ISCA by scoring above 60.My question is non-appearance of DT,IDT & costing would tantamount to failure of group-I also or it would be group-I pass & whether I would be eligible for Exemption in ISCA if i would not appear for other subjects of group except ISCA.
