is it compulasary to purchase form 102&103 from regional office?

sir,
i registered for CPT on 23 march 2014 and i recieved my registration no. on my mail id..
I filled my examination form and my form is filled as a PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE. I matched my examination form with my registration form all the particulars are correct...there is no mistake..
I didnt recived my registration letter yet
so what should i do...
should i only send my PDF of examination form or attach some document(if yes then what what)

sir i have applisd for icai registration on 22 march 2014. but still i have not got any reply or prospectus... i havae got an email stating my no.CPT/CR00529016 can i use this for cpt exam registration..reply

As about 1 month is left in CA-Final Exams.And I am preparing for Group-1 only.Please tell me the way of revision so that I could Cover whole course Properly.

I HAD DONE THE REVALIDATION PROCEDURE BEFORE 31ST OF DEC., 2013 ONLY & I HAD SENT THE REVALIDATION FORM & ALSO REQUIRED DOCUMENTS THROUGH SPEED POST. BUT, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REVALIDATION REGISTRATION LETTER, HENCE NOT YET SUBMITTED THE SCANNED COPY TO THE INSTITUTE. NOW, TODAY I GOT MAIL THAT I HAVE NOT REVALIDATED MY IPCC REGISTRATION & MY ATTEMPT WILL NOT BE VALID OF MAY 2014. PLEASE HELP ME, WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW.
