Hi all..!! do i need to send all the three copies of 102 (articleship registration) to ICAI for stamp?? I m so confused some say yes n some no..Any one plzz help me...

I am a student of Final & in the last year of articleship.

I want to join an industry as an industrial trainee which is not listed by ICAI but satisfied all the conditions prescribed by the ICAI, but no one Chartered Accountants employed at present in that industry.

Can I register with any other Chartered Accountants working in some other industries as an industrial trainee?

I have submitted an application letter to icai for taking transfer. I hv recently got married on 13 December 2014. I hv submitted ma principal's NOC Letter n ma Marriage Card along with transfer application. NOC Letter is dated 05 Jan 2014. N yet i m waiting for the icai approval regarding transfer. I hv started articleship on 05 Feb 2012.

I want to know the period from 05 jan 2014 to date till i actually submit transfer form or till i received d icai approval will it be consider as articleship period under previous employer. As i have taken 5 months leave from december 2013. so i m concerned abt ma ca final attempt whether it vil be in nov 14 or may 15.

i am working(learning) in a CA firm from last 10 month, and my age is 22+, now i want to join CA but if i will do. then its a compulsory to take article ship for 3 year,and time take clear to IPCC 1st group approx. 1 year for registered in a article ship., but at that time my learning in a CA firm is near one and half year, so i want to know that can i take any (compensation or exemption) in my article ship because its difficult to me that spend approx 5 year in total article ship.

1. Is Tax to be deducted on registration fees paid to a Foreign certifying company? If so whether the Tax rate is 40% as per sec - 195?

2.Also whether The Registration fees paid to foreign company for certifying purpose will be Included under Professional charges?? (That Foreign Company will certify only after registering and again they are charging separate fees for Certifying So can I include the Registration fees also in That Professional Fees and Can Deduct Tax on that?)

I am already registered for articles before apr 30 2014. I am giving my gr2 in this may 2014. If i qualify my gr2 in this may, what is the due date i need to get registered for ca final so as to give my ca final attempt in nov 2016??? That is if the results come in august month of 2014 and i pass the exam what is the due date to register my ca final to give it in nov 2016?

I have registered for the IPCC course in 20/01/2010. I have not cleared my IPCC group- II yet. My registration had expired on 20/01/2014. I have fill the examination form for May 2014 attempt and will be applying for my revalidation now. Will I have been eligible for the attempt May 2014 examination and will my roll no be allotted to me? Please reply me as soon as possible.
