what can b the maximum gap between transfer nd next regstration

Dear Sir, I wish to inform u that on 3 march 2014 I completed my one year articleship bt now I m not satisfied with my firm so I was taken the trnsfr on 25 feb. bt late to submit 109 form till now n m joining my new firm on 26 april so can I submit the both of the form now n is there any consequences on my attempt I. e. on nov. 2015 plzz rply me sir... can you please tell me a proper schedule which i can use to secure rank in my CA Final attempt. which is falling due in November'2016.
Keeping in my mind presently I am working in the audit team of well knowned firm of Delhi.
I do not want to attend coaching classes.

hello friends..

i am pursuing b.com 3rd year (correspondence). I have submitted articleship regn. form alongwith form 112, in which I filled about B.com as correspondence, attaching the 2nd year marksheet with it, in Feb this year.

I think principal's (of the university) consent is not reqd in this case.
But today I have received a mail from ICAI stating that i need to comply with Form 112 requirement and a letter duly sealed by the representative of the said university.

Tell me what to do now...

I have taken admission in IPCC on dated 31st March 14, that time i was not aware about the term and condition for article ship. I am working guy and not able to leave job. henceforth, i am not even participate in article ship and eligible to give exam in future. Pl guide me that can i take refund back for my admission fees. I have been registered under IPCC Direct entry scheme. I am not yet registered for Articleship and planned to do so in this month. Should I am eligible for appearing for the May 2015 examination.

vt r changes in ca final course in nov. 2014

I need to know that if articleship id card is necessary to be attached with form 109 for transfer in 2nd year of articleship because I never got id card or registration letter while registration although my principal got the registration letter. I have already got permission from icai regarding transfer. Now i just need to get form 109 signed..

there is a question regarding depriciation .. that if i purchase an asset n sale d same in d same financial year than tell me if depri as per co. act n i.t. act applicable or not..?

I have completed my IPCC in Nov 2013 and I want to start my articleship in Delhi.I have not yet started it.But I want to register for final course now. Can I do that without starting articleship.I wish to start my articleship after six month.Please also suggest me names of some good small CA firms in Delhi for articleship.
