What is the logic behind amortisation of goodwill in case of partnership firms & n case of companies?( although its s per AS, but i did not get the logic behind it)

DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I HAVE LOST MY ORIENTAYION CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY ICAI AND I HAVE CLEARED BOTH THE GROUPS OF IPCC IN LAST ATTEMPT. I WANT THAT CERTIFICATE FOR ARTICLESHIP REGISTRATION. I HAVE APPLIED TO MY REGIONAL OFFICE AND THEY HAVE CERTIFIED ME NOT BY GIVING CERTIFICATE BUT BY LETTERPAD. I HAVE SENT THAT TO INSTITUTE.
STILL ICAI KEPT MY REGISTRATION IN PENDING ON THE GROUND THAT NON RECEIVED OF ORIENTATION CERTIFICAE.
PLEASE GUIDE ME, WHAT SHALL I DO, I SENT THE ARTICLES FORM ON 17.02.2014.
AM VERY WORRIED ABOUT IT KINDLY SUGGEST ME.......

I have joined a MBA course in August 2013 but have not submitted the form with the ICAI yet. It is a regular course but it does not required attendance and my principal knows about it. Is it compulsory for me to file the form with the institute as my articleship is however going to end in this august. What would be the consequences of late filing of the form or for not filing. Please reply at the earliest. Thankyou

In IPC May 14 audit examination, question said 'State whether following statements are correct or incorrect'. I, being a little nervous, solved all of them correctly but instead of correct and incorrect, wrote true and false respectively. Would my solution be considered?
