Sir; lam a degree holder in engg. Now I am preparing for IPCC exams my problem is I don't understand the journal entries so is there is any simple logic to understand and how to remember the sections please guide me thanking you

I have appeared ipcc group 1 in may 2014 exam and preparing for group 2, can anybody sugges more which books should I study for Advanced Accounting, Auditing and SM&IT.

I m preparing account by self study so suggest me book for that. nd its include Accounting Standard or not that I want to know. or for that should purchase another book. plz suggest me..

how to obtain prior permission of institute to transfer of ca articleship in 2nd year

sir,in my 2nd year,I registered for cpt and get an SRO number....But I didn't write exam...after my graduate I apply for Ipcc...I pay 11,200 with conversion fees 500(total-11,700) by DD to ICAI...when,I fill application form,I lost my old SRO number and I didn't remember old SRO number and my institute also didnot have any records about my old SRO number...So,I Didnot give my old SRO number in the application form...but i paid conversion fees...pls give me suggestions for that sir..IT CREATES ANY PROBLEMIN FUTURE?

A. Total number of days served (365×3) = 1095
B. Less: Total leave taken (including weekly holidays) = 178
C. Actual Period served = 917
D. Entitlement of leave (1/6th of the actual period served) = (917/6) = 153

EXCESS LEAVE: (B – D) = 25.

Sir, we have considered weekly holidays in Form 109 for leave purpose.(We have considered 180 days as leave applicable)

Institute have issued us a notice for excess leave taken of 25 days. Please suggest the process for solving this problem.
