My ipcc both group cleared in November 2011 .
I joined articleship in 15 March 2012 . (ARTICLESHIP IS FOR 3 YRS ENDS ON 15.03.2015)
Till may 31st I had taken (36+36) days leave from my ca firm . I turned ill and so had to go for sick leave for 112 days .
Am i eligible for ca final november 2014 examinations .?

my ca exam due on nov 2014 but due to death of my principal I leave my firm on 19/04/2014 and join new firm on 08/05/2014.....so here 17 days my artical gap .....so now can I seat in nov 2014 exam .....

I am a Ca Final student , cleared ipcc in nov 2011 . I seek your
valuable advise on my urgent problem in respect of my eligibility
for Ca Final November examinations 2014 .
I had commenced my articleship on 15.03.2012 . I had successfully been
in full time articleship training till 31.05.2014 (LEAVES TAKEN TILL THEN WAS 40+36) . I had now suffered
from some fatal sickness , which entitles me to rest in hospital for
about 3 months from 31.05.2014 and will take transfer as the principal
says after ICAI approves . I will rejoin my new office after the said
time and I will be in service from 31.08.2014 .
I wish to know that whether I would be eligible to appear for
November 2014 examinations .

Plz. Reply me. I have received shares(listed on stock exchange) by way of nomination in FY-13-14. And the same was Sold by me in this year only i.e. in FY-13-14.

I want to further clarify that shares which I have received by nomination is from my relative as well as those shares were acquired by my relative for more than 5 years.

How should I reflect it in my Income Tax Return & is it taxable in my hand as capital gain ?

kya principal iss tarahh bound kar sakte h ??

im visakha i cleared ipcc group-1 in 2013 didnt clear group 2 wrote my attempt this may 2014. im sure i will be clearing this time.i want to start coaching for final. my fianl attempt is on may 2016.can u advice me what subjects to take coaching ? i already finished financial reporting coaching classes. i want to take now idt and isca ? can i take ? will they be any changes? can i opt for those two subjects? as i want to clear final in first attempt.. dont want to take any chances,asking ur advice.please help me im confused.

My articleship is ending on 28th April, 2015.
I have already taken a leave of 129 days. I am planning to take leave from 7/7/2014 for preparing for November attempt.

i want to get transfer from my 1st year Articleship. Just before 8 months back i was joined in this firm. because lack of work i want to get transfer. if i transfer today then next day can i join another firm? it is possible. please give me your valuable suggestion as early as possible.
