How to prepare for ca finals my attempt is in may 2016 Recomend teachers

please any 1 tell me the procedure. i completed ma articleship but in march i already terminated m articleship bcoz of death of my CA n i filed Form 110 n than 103 for completing rest period of 3months from new CA so now i want to know what should i show in my Form 109 means about whole 3yrs or just 3months which i completed under new CA. please help me for dis doubt as soon as possible

i have completed my one year article ship period on 18 July 2014 and i have taken transfer on July 2014. but that time i attended my gmcs batch from 5 July to 22 July 2014 so please suggest me any problem regarding transfer.

My articleship is ending on 19/08/2014.There is extension of 5 months.I want to serve this period under other CA firm. What are the procedures & forms to be used. Please reply ASAP.

HELLO DEAR SIR / MADAM.

I AM CA FINAL STUDENT(SECOND GROUP) CLEARED, 24 YEARS OLD, NOT ON JOB. THIS TIME TOO I DIDN'T CLEAR MY FIRST GROUP, I GOT 180 AND FROM LAST THREE ATTEMPTS IT'S GOING ON 179, 178 AND THIS TIME 180. I AM CONFUSED NOW WHAT TO DO NOW, I AM NOT GETTING WHAT TO DO NOW , HOW TO PROCEED AS SYLLABUS IS ALSO CHANGING. I GOT FAILED ONCE IN FM AND THE MARKS WHICH I AM GETTING IS LIKE THAT IN ACCOUNTS AND FM I HAD NOT CROSSED 45 AND IN AUDIT, LAW I GOT 48, 45 IN THIS ATTEMPT & IN PREVIOUS ATTEMPT 55 IN EACH. PLEASE GUIDE ME HOW TO PROCEED. I AM ALSO SO FRUSTRATED THAT I AM THINKING TO QUIT AS I AM NOT GETTING JOB, EVERYTHING HAPPENING AGAINST ME. PLZ ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO?

Book should be free of errors.
Please provide other tips also as i am not getting cleared in 1st group due to only this subject.
