Sir I want to know that from where do we get our completion certificate if we do our extension under some other employer?whether it is from our old employer or the new one?

My articleship extended till October 2015 and I submitted my exam form for Nov 14 exams and it is my 2nd attempt. Q.1-Is I am eligible for May 15 exams? Q.2- Is still any chances to appear in Nov 14 exams?
