Help me , Myself Deepak I completed B. com in 2013 with 91 % aggregate.later I joined for CA I completed my articleship 9 months I prepared well for this Nov exam but unexpectedly I didn't write exam.becoz of fear about exam if I flunk like this lot questions are running in my mind .sometimes I am feeling to quit CA, becoz of this fear I joined MBA finance in distance sometimes I am feeling to join m.com regular.I don't know why these confusion for me that to I am university rank holder, pls any one help me how to come out from this confusion.suggest me what I can do.

this is to reference with one of my friend case,
As for registration OP is mandatory, he has completed but regional council issued it late,
he has completed it IPC in may13, n started his articleship but not got registered with ICAI as lacking his OP Certificate, now he is preparing to submit it with details
read somewhere that condonation is provided by President Sir, as OPCertificate issuance has delayed by Icai

can anyone guide what are rule n under which regulation46 can be sourced, with link of regulation
as he hasnot submitted form 103 till now, gone to ICAI but that part said to submit with complete paper and now got his OP certificate with retrospective effects
and what document are required to be submitted

I have completed Ipcc group-1 in May 2012 ang group-2 in Nov-2013.Still have not make registration for Fianl.
Can you tell me the last date for registration and how many days will the ICAI takes to process the application.

i cleared my ca ipcc group 1 in November 2013 attempt, and i registered for articleship on 19th February 2014, i took permission of transfer of my articleship from my previous principal, and i rejoined the other firm by taking the termination date as 3rd august and rejoining date as 4th august 2014, ICAI has registered the date of my articleship under the present employer/principal on 19th august 2014,the balance period mentioned in the letter sent by ICAI from 19th august 2014 is 2 years 6 months and 14 days, sir, when will be eligible to give my ca final attempt.

Is an article trainee permitted to serve his/her extended period of articleship training under another CA..i.e., after extension can he/she take transfer under another member of ICAI..if he/she does not wish to continue under present principal or wants to learn some other areas related to the course/career....plz reply
