sir, i did not fill in form 112 when i submitted my articleship registration form because i thought i it's not necessary as it's a open university in which i was pursuing M.COM now i have completed M.COM but my friend told me you must have filled Form 112 along with your articleship form.
now sir i am totally confused. would there be any unfavorable consequences in future since 1.1/2 years of articleship are left to complete.
please guide me.

I am working as Manager in State Bank of Hyderabad. I heard that a three years of articles is mandatory to move on to CA Finals.

As I am already employed, I can not render full fledged time for articles.

Shall eligible for completion of articles. If yes please give mode of completion of the same.

Is it required to attend all the papers of a group or one can just give any of the papers? And if exemption comes in the paper given, will that be considered?

I wish to clarify some doubt regarding Service Tax.
i.e. M/s. JS Health Care providing the service of recommend/refer the best doctor for its customer's requirements.For this type of service it is getting some amount from the customers.
Is it applicable service tax?
if yes, under which category of service?

I had registered on 26 of august 2014 for IPCC may 2015 attempt . I have not received my CPT marksheet, IPCC registration number, and study material for IPCC as yet. I had sent to the Ghaziabad head an email regarding the same but in vain. What should I do ? Please help.
