A company's sales are job work activities and in that service tax will be there then if tds exist whether we should deduct tax on amt including service tax or only on job work charges amount

sir, i cleared my ipcc bboth groups in may2014 attempt. and also joined for articleship and i sent my articleship registration forms within 30 days of my joining date.now when the last date of ca final registration to get final attempt in may 2017 attempt.
please clarify my doubt.

When I was at intermediate level our Accounts teacher told us that a company has to prepare two balance sheets due to separate provisions in Companies Act and IT Act..

hello evryone, i am a student of ipcc. i gave my first attempt in may 2014 both grp exam but failed to clear it. thn i started doing itt training meanwhile when the results were delayed till aug. last week . then after the results i didnt had much time so i was to give only grp 1. nd i didnt giv d exam cuz i ws nt prepared. plz suggest what to do. i hv already wasted m 2 attempts . is it too early to quit. bcz if i take too many attempts i m certainly not going to get a good job. my father wants me to do CA. but will it be gud fr me to do CA. or should i pursue other career option? pressure of attempts and family pressure is killing me... it leads to so much of headache. what should i do?
