I have completed my articleship and had given 1st group exam in Nov,14. Now i want to join ca firm or any company and work as well as prepare for may exam. Which one is better option 1) just study and study or 2) work and study simultaneously? Please every1 give ur suggestion.

I Want to take a transfer in 2nd year of my articleship, Because of some Family Issues, we have to be Moved from my Current city to Rajasthan Sate .
And we are moving only and only On Ground of Shifting of buisness.
So It is possible to take a transfer on this Ground / Reason,
Because My Principal Wouldn't help me For giving as a dummy.
Its a very Urgent.
Which Step I should have to take ??

We are registered as First stage dealer in excise and currently do only imported goods dealing.from 01.04.2014, separate registration required is imposed for dealer & importer.
Now i wish to know that
we have to take another registration as importer or modification in previous registration can be done.
Kindly advise for the same.

i want to the changes in subjects of IPCC for may 2015 onwards as compared to nov-14. In nov'14 some sections of co. act 2013 were applicable as a result only few amendements were for the nov'14 attempt, now I want to know what are "the changes in ACCOUNTANTS, ADVANCE ACCOUNTS, LAW & AUDITS for MAY 2015 ATTEMPT" AS COMPARED TO NOV'14 ATTEMPT ?

Dear Experts,
I started my articleship in jaipur and was a doing bcom regular. After 10 month I took transfer to mumbai and join articleship there. At that time while filing form 103 n 102 again I mentioned I am doing bcom regular n mention the letter no. From which permission was granted to me.
the institute also doesn't demand from me the form 112 again and no letter came to me regarding this.
so I want to knw can any problem arise due to this as I was regular bcom student n doing articleship in mumbai...

please guide me in following matters.
i have taken transfer after 1yr and 4 months and total leaves were 125 days.so in letter, 62 days excess leaves came. now,i want to give exam in may-15 so howmany leaves can i take so that i dont get extention further.please guide me on this matter.

Dear Friends., I have not received articleship completion letter ...I will write exam im may 2015...I called to Exam dept,Noida to know wheather it is possible to write exam without enclosing such letter with exam form, & the answer was Yes.Now My doubt is without such letter how one CA will sign in my Exam Form bkz an exam form has to be signed by CA....Plz clarify soon..I made so many calls,mails,letters to Icai Chennai to obtain letter which produced no effect....
