I have Registered For IPCC in July 2011.Now i want to take ATC Certificate.So please tell me what is the procedure for registeration to take ATC Certificate as I have completed my ITT & ORIENTATION.My articleship 1 year is likely to be completed on 10April 2015.
So please tell me how to get ATC certificate and what is the procedure for registeration for ATC

i am an ipcc student through direct entry scheme and on 31st july 2015 i will complete my 9 months articleship .so can i discontinue it and again start my articleship after nov'15 ipcc attempt.
please tell me the procedure involved.

Do we need to revise TDS return, if we found default on tds(interest default),after 4 years i.e. interest default of A.Y.2011-12.
Please suggest me.

i have recently cleared my final group 2, now i want to give attempt may 2015 for group 1, please sujest me books for accounts, law, audit, sfm. i have totally confused how to prepare my group, may 2015 is my 1st attempt for group 1, i have not taken any classes for that group.

I have served my 1st year of articleship then I took transfer to some other CA,

now I want to know that in order to calculate the actual serving period & extension what should be the total period of articleship.

Articleship period done under the previous CA should also be considered or not?? to calculate the actual serving period???

need to know current ratio formula , if i use this formula what would be the benefit for the company,

why we are giving 2:1 why dont you give 2:0.98, & 5:1, if i use this ratio what would be the benefit for that

one of my friend is taking dummy from last year. and no stipend through cheque is received by him. now he is taking transfer. in form 109 they asked for bank account number to track the record of cheques deposited. would you please let us know if he is going to be in trouble
