i submitted my articleship form on 23 feb 2015 but today i came to know that i am not registered due to non availabilty of seat at that time.
but now the seat is available and icai is asking a confirmation letter that i will only be registered from 5 march 2015 from my ca for article registration.
please tell me the format to write the letter

I need a service tax registration of proprietor ship but service provider is from Kanpur and he/she has all documents regarding PAN, Address Proof, Identity Proof of Kanpur. Can he get registration from Lucknow if registration form ST-1 is filled online???

I have completed 15 months of my articleship, i am thinking to go for industrial training after 2 yr of articleship, but i am not graduate, i had cleared my ipcc both group, attempt for final examination is nov.2016.
Is graduation is compulsory for industrial training.

Should the bank accounts with cash credit or OD facility be grouped under Current Liabilities irrespective of the balance ( credit or debit) OR be grouped under Assets / Liabilities basis the closing balance?

hi friends, I'm going to write my first exam for group 1 icma 2008 syllabus. I applied online for june exam and status s successful. do I need to send a post to icma to request for hall ticket like icai or applying online alone is enough to get the hall ticket? please advice.

for may15 attempt what topics have been deleted in co. law?

whether we have to apply with in one month to the icai after completion of articles or we can apply later i.e with in 3months by paying 100per month penalty
