If a service provider has registered himself even though his value of taxable services hasn't crossed Rs.10 lakhs ,then is he liable to pay ST and file returns for the same?

I would like to form a private company with following object clause
"To Transact and carry on the business of buy, sell, reconditioning, import, export, distribute and deal in all kind of marine machineries, goods, Commodities, ship spares and industrial equipments"

pls suggest proper classification code
suggest any changes in the object clause if the company is going to work in SEZ and going to claim Exemption U/s 10AA. As the section 10AA is for manufacturing comapny and we are also doing activity of reconditioning of machines which may amount to manufacturing.
So do i need to add the word Manufacturing into the object clause?

Dear friend let me know whether I can dispatch my CA final registration form via post or not .

I have cleared both groups of IPCC at once.But I registered myself for article ship on 23-2-2015 and final ca on 24-02-2015 on two different date s.Now I have come to know it should be registered together.Also I have not received my registration letter,I also checked online status which says not registered.what should I do now.

My CA Final admit card is showing status "Provisionally admitted to FINAL EXAMINATION ,May-2015 SUBJECT TO BEING IN SERVICE AND SERVING THE LAST 6 MONTHS AS ON 1st May,
2015 AND COMPLETION OF ARTICLES ON OR BEFORE 31st October 2015 including excess leave taken if any.CONTACT THE CONCERNED DECENTRALIZED OFFICE IMMEDIATELY IF YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF ELIGIBLE."
My articleship is likely to complete on 15th Sept, 2015. Is there anything to worry!!! Kindly assist me...
