2 days back i have posted one query in e sahaayata i have been received mail alert immediately to confirm my gmail but it was not opening to get Graveince number of my Query.and one week later again i posted the same query and same thing Happened Now also..Please suggest me what i have to do now to get my problem solved..

i was doing articleship i have joined b com in some other place as first two years there is no articles its fine but as final year concerns i continued as regular as per guidence of degree college management i mentioned it as distance in aticleship form we cannot do degree in regular while doing articlship now degree is finished... certificate will be as regular... is there any problem in future???? will icai accepts it ...please suggest me a way to get out of this problem sir. . .do i join m.com in regular or distance

whether sections are necessary to mention in ipc law exam

I have clear my cpt and now going for ipcc in nov15. So I want to do articles in top firms like KPMG, delloitte, pwc ect. So what they required and how can I join them.... Plz suggest me...

What to write in point 17 of form 103 of articleship registration, in which we have to write, whether permission of other course is taken, if yes quote letter No. And date of the same.
But from where I can get letter no.

i am direct ipcc student. i am eligible for 9 months training to give ipcc exam. i complete my articleship of 9 months and now want to stop my training. but my ca doesn't give me transfer. please tell me what to do. i requested him very much but he doesn't give me transfer. please help please

Actually i joined my CA firm on 22 april 2014...took termination on 28 march 2015 and joined new firm on 8 april 2015.
Now i got a gap of 11 days withing 28 march and 8 april.
By keeping in mind the due date of 30 april after which the attempt gets delayed.
Is my attempt likely to get delayed? My attempt at present is november 2016. Will it get delayed please solve my case

Hello everyone,

I am working in a small CA Firm where only 2 article assistants working(including me) and his articleship is completed now. Now, Principal is forcing him to continue otherwise he will extend his period.

Is it possible that he can extend the period because already he had worked there without taking more than specified leaves?

If no, what can do now because Principal is not signing the Form 108.
