sir my final ca attempt is in nov 2015 n not join classes coz of my articleship schedule so now m planning to postpond my exam to may 16 ,so plz advice me i shud strt my study now frm may 15 n is it possible to complete my study n plz advice me so tht i can prepare for my final or i shud postpond

Hello Sir/madam(Expert),
I am existingly running a company, i want to register two further companies, one of them will operate in different field from my existing one and another co. to administer both of my companies(like a group),
i have two querries,
1) can i register a company like (----- groups pvt. limited),
2) can the co. which manage the above said two companies be the OPC.
kindly provide me the process, how can i connect all three companies in a group.

Is compulsory to complete gmcs1 in one year itself or we can do after one year?

my articleship will end 9th september 2015 so which form will file & deposit eirc kolkata branch.after that where i shall get accounts related job in ca firm kolkata or as service in kolkata.i am direct entry scheme.ipcc is stil not cleared.my background is mba in finance.please help urgently.

After one month my friend is go to complete the articleship but he as not done GMCS I & II and not advanced itt training course so will he get the articleship Completion letter....

Is it necessary to obtain govt doctors medical certificate for taking transfer on medical grounds. what if medical certificate is of non govt registered medical practioner ? Plz Guide for the same.

During my ipcc i had paid my articles registration fees 12000/- in 2012.i had cleared my 1 st group in nov 14 and applied for registration f articles.In that form 103 i submit the details regarding dd no date of dd drawn.But 2 days back we got a message from ICAI as
"ICAI ALERT-acknowledgment receipt of your fees vide dd drawn on dated for 0/-"
please reply soon.it is very urgent.awaiting for ur reply
