Sir, I have commenced my articles training on
14.03.2012 and took termination in the month of dec - 2012 and again re-registered in january 2013 and i also appeared in may 2015 Group - I final exams recently but today i received letter from institute stating the i have to complete Advanced ITT Training before july 2015 to become elibile for Nov 2015 exams.

I am confused, what should i do?

I hav completed my one year of articleship and now i want to take transfer as there is no coaching institute in my city and my principle is not allowing me go. Pls suggest me asap do i take transfer after one year due to lack of classes in my city ?

We have received the CIT Appeal Order in our favou\r. Now should we request to the Assessing Officer by filing an Application attaching the CIT Appeal Order to make necessary amendments in the Assessment Order considering the CIT Appeal Order?

One copy of the CIT Appeal Order also goes to the Assessing Officer.

Hence, should we write an application to the AO or nothing is to be done after receipt of favorable order?

Hii experts, I had just given my first group and after few days ve to start my 2nd group preparation. The thing is that earlier i had already given my second group earlier two times bt didnt succeed. As i accept in one attepmt didnt study much as that was my fault??. But when I had again gave my second attempt of group 2 the result were same, rather that tym i had studied a lot . I need some suggestions in concerned to individual subjects in group 2 , following is the problem:- 1. For AMA I preferred sanjay sir notes as i had taken class from him, bt my notes was not completed so beside it i prefered PADUKA PROBLEM: Use to forget how to solve problem or concept in exam time , even i had practiced it earlier??. GOT 37 only . Yeah i didnt prefer PM. 2. ISCS i revised 3 times even i practiced or rembered it by writting the theory. Bt i ve seen in exams it use to be difficult to recall the concept , so wat to do in this regard? I prefered DINESH SIR NOTES AND SCANNER TOO ( bt not his book) GOT 37??. 3. For DT I studied from VG SIR SUMMARY WITH side by side study from Main modules . yeah i accept i didnt practiced so much questions . Bt i know m good in memorizing section and provisions . I thought i would get good marks bt the same thing hardly got 40. wat to do? 4. Last one IDT , preparation was gud , had practiced questions or even had read cases or amendment , bt the result was same poor marks 34 . My question is does ny writting skills gets now poor for ca final exams ? Or M not putting my efforts in the ryt way? So wat i have to do , because now i have so much hurted bcz it will be my 3 rd attempt , its becoming shameful or beating self confidence . Dont know wat is the problem because is now getting shameful that earlier once somehow i used to be a consistent topper in academic carrier??. Even cleard cpt and ipcc in first attempt with good marks and exemption . So its my request to beloved experts please enlighten their some views and suggestions to me, Which help me this not even crack the exam rather to get good marks in all subjects. Can any one advice me the coaching struture like which subject should be started first coaching, and how much time will be taken for completion of coaching for all subjects in ca final nov 2016, as there would be change in syllabus,i don't know which subject to be started first. Kindly suggest me. I want to finish my ca coching by may 2016, so as to avoid last minute coaching for november, suggest me subjects of self study without coaching

As per deed i finished my articleship on 15th march 2015. Later i got a letter from the Institute stating that i have 40 days excess leave. But i couldn't attend office as i was preparing for the final exams which began on 2nd may 2015 and ends on 17th may.
Exam days are considered to be working days. My query is... now if i serve the period of excess leave under the same principal which day should be considered as start of articleship? Will it be 2nd May 2015 or the day i which rejoin office i.e 18th may?
I would be grateful if you could answer my query as soon as possible.
