An article assistant is continuously not come to office for the work since last year and his/her articleship coming to end in June 2015.


What is the duty of CA in this regard? (As per the Rules of ICAI)
Whether to Inform to the Institute or not?
If yes, What is the procedure? Which form should be used by the CA for informing the same fact?

I had undergone my articleship training in April 2008 - Nov 2009.However due to some personal circumstances,I converted from PCC to IPCC and terminated my articleship.During that only GMCS course had to be done.But as per new rules both GMCS I and GMCS II courses have to be undergone.I wanted to know which course I have to undergo.Please guide me.

i have qualified both the groups of ipcc in one go(i gave them seperately).When is my registration due for ca final? I have qualified ipcc on 4th Feb 2015.Please let me know.

An individual is in business of plying, hiring of goods (transport goods).

If that person provides services to logistics company such that tci xpress, safex.

Will it come under business support services or GTA, if yes then reason thereof.

I am eligible to give ca final exam in nov 2017 ,i have cleared ipcc both groups. I want to start final studies but i am very much confused after knowing that syllabus is going to change . pls guide me in detail . what should i do ?

is it true .......that ca final will be a compulsory OPEN BOOK EXAM FROM 2017.........and if GOOGLE is telling a truth ,then in exam we can take notes, books, really ...............i cant believe it will be so pathetic..................
