IS ADVANCE ITT APPLICABLE FOR THE STUDENTS WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPEAR FOR FINAL EXAMS ON MAY-16? THERE IS A RUMOR OF ADVANCE ITT IS GOING TO BE WITHDRAWN FROM THE COURSE. PLEASE GUIDE ME IN THIS RESPECT. MY EXAM IS DUE ON MAY-16 AND I HAVE OPTION OF DOING ADVANCE ITT IN THE MONTH OF JULY. WHETHER I SHOULD DO IT OR NOT.

Is there any notification or news for any changes which will be applicable for November 2015 exam in corporate law paper & whether Companies (auditors report) order, 2015 which was notified by MCA will it be applicable for the exam?

I had completed my 8 months of articleship. At my present office, i have completed 2 months of training, but now I am not interested in continuing at this office, so i asked for termination from my principle. But he said that he will not give any transfer as its his policy of not giving transfer. But later on he agreed for providing me transfer on the condition that i must give them an application stating that i was absent from the office since the day i joined due to my illness. As i need a transfer, so i wrote the same under undue influence of my principle. So i want to know whether such a step taken by my principle is correct even in the first year of my articleship. I also had the proof of my attendance with me.

please provide me link of Latest Articleship registration form for CA.

I appeared for May 2015 exams CA final and since then have not continued with my articleship on medical grounds. Being unwell a call was made to inform my principal by my parents. But now the principal has sent a registered letter to my address that I cant continue in the firm and that a complaint has been filed with ICAI.
Further a six month leave was taken by me before may 2015 for exam preparation. Please help what to do

has anybody pursued his/her articleship from Ford Rhodes Park & co mumbai??? how is the firm?? who are its client?? does it gives conviyance allowances ??plzzz reply
