From when this new syllabus will be applicable ? aspecially Intermediate Course (ipcc)

whether self study of ISCA can be possible?
I cannot understand many of the concepts of this subject,because we cannot apply our common sense in to it.

My Articleship was completed on 24-05-2015 and i have also filed form 108 for the same. but i have got extension from institute of 16 days. Now question is which form is to be filed ?? Form 107 or 103. beacause as letter received late there is break in between. But actually there is no break. i have already served my extension from 25-05-2015.
Now tell me what to do ???????

i have registered for my articles on 30.04.2014 and i have took a transfer on 04.11.2014 and again reregistered on 13.11.2014 when will i get my first eligible attempt for my ca final.

Whether am i eligible for nov 2016 attempt?

I have worked from 04.11.2014 to 13.11.2014 but doesnt know to take e stamp and have to enter into again with a new partner.
