I am an graduate and i am applying for the direct entry course in CA will i have to submit the IT Training and orientation money along with the demand draft for registration or will have to submit it to the nearest branch directly and further will i have to fill any extra form for it.
Also can you suggest that ATC is important or not as it is optional and can i apply for it later on?

i am an article assistant doing at hyderabad, i want to take transfer with in one year, so that i have discussed with my boss and he had agreed for that. i filled form and submitted the same to my boss forhis signature, he told that i will check it once and i will submit it to icai. all its about one month. he did not submitted the form and telling that i have already sent the form to icai and he is not giving the student copy also. can i give complaint to ICAI,

My Articleship was completed on 24-05-2015 and i have also filed form 108 for the same. but i have got extension from institute of 16 days. Now question is which form is to be filed ?? Form 107 or 103. beacause as letter received late there is break in between. But actually there is no break. i have already served my extension from 25-05-2015.
Now tell me what to do ???????
