Cleared ca final. not filled form 112 for graduation from ignou

Hi
I have cleared my CA FINAL exams. Now I am applying for membership of the institute. It is required to submit form 112 for graduation permission. I have done my b.com from IGNOU which has a tie up ICAI. I did not fill my form 112 in that regard.
what should I do?

For reverification of final exam papers

Hello Sir,
I have dought about verification of papers that wither the Rs.400 is for all 8 subject or 4 subject and Can I apply for all the subject for reverification?

Ca ipcc attempt

My due attempt is nov 15. Till now i focused on group1 but now as ICAI has changed the syllabus from may16 onwards i am confused.shud i appear fr group1 in nov15 n grp2 in may 16.. Or shud i give both grps together in may 16. Plzz guide.
