whether dividend received on tax saver mutual funds at the time of maturity and interim period whether taxable or exempted

Hi i'm a final student registered under new syllabus. Can anybody tel me shall i join for classes in coming may batch. i'm hesitating to join bcoz of the thought that new syllabus will not b taken by any of the institutes now itself. Also pls tel me wen s the first attempt for CA Final exam under new syllabus.

sir, I am desperately looking for a C.A firm near palam and I have no idea about the C.A firm near Palam, Dwarka etc. As it becomes very difficult to do a area to area search. Is there any directory or website where I could find the detail of C.A firm in these areas.

i have cleared my PE II in Nov 07 and registered as article on 6th feb 08, i have received my registration letter, according to which my final attempt will be when i have completed 21/2 year of articleship i.e. in Nov 2010.
but earlier i have been told that my attempt will be in May 2010.
please clarify when will be my Final attempt.

Our Company has taken a group mediclaim policy for employees firstly premium has been paid by the employer later that amount was collected from employees.my doubt is that premiun is eligible U/s.80D in the hand of the employee ot not please clarify

i got offer for articleship in SNB,NEHRU PLACE.they are placing me only in taxation and no audit.plz advice me should i join to learn all work in medium firm or should i go for only taxation.
will in future problem arise in placements.

How Many Articles Can A CA Register Under Himself If He is a FCA but has withdrawn his COP and After few time has taken it Again.(In Sept.,2006)

Recently, a CA(who is ca since 1991 and in service) and an article of pcc told me that:

The study modules and the study materials given by icai are:

a)have too complicated and confusing language (the pcc student said)

b)the books covers more topics than that in syllabus (both said)

c)the study technique of most pcc students is that to refer books of other authors;guide books; OR materials by coaching.


To what extent is this true and what are its (side) effects....

Hey Plz anyone having soft copies of the postal test paper FC-2006 Series for C.A Final mail it to me at prasad85r@gmail.com. Friends anyone even having any information about where to get the solved papers of the FC-2006 series for C.A Final plz let me know.

Can anyone also tell me that how many postal test paper's have to be cleared under the Old C.A Final Course to be eligible for appearing in the exams ????

I shall be greatful to anyone who can hep me out.
