Can anyone also tell me that how many postal test paper's have to be cleared under the Old C.A Final Course to be eligible for appearing in the exams ????

hi sir kapil g thokre in my previous question i had asked u that one of my frd has passed cpt in aug 2007 but he has failed 10+2 can he register for pcc after passing 10+2 in march 2008 n u have said that hecan register for pcc. (2)i had also asked u that his result of 10+2 will be in the last week of april can he register before the end of april n u have said that he can by showing his 10+2 hall ticket . (3) NOW I WANT TO ASK U WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO REGISTER FOR PCC WITH OUT 10+2 PASS CERTIFICATE (HE WILL BE HAVING INTERNET PRINT OF10+2 PASS BYTHAT TIME) IMEAN HE SHOULD ASK FOR EXTRA DOCUMENTS WITH LOCAL ICAI OFFICE N HOW SHOULD HE CONVINCE HIS AUDITOR PLS CLARIFY .

CAN A CA SEND HIS ARTICLED CLERKS AS A STAFF TO SOME PVT COMPANIES, FOR DOING SOME WORK OTHER THAN ACCOUNTS , AUDIT AND TAX?

I would like to knw if it is possible to get transfer to another firm if the boss's behaviour is intolerable. wht can be done if he refuses to give certificate of transfer? also, is it possible for the boss to chuck out article clerks from office without adequate reason?

I am a student of CA final (old) course, cleared my PE-II in May 2007. I am eligible for final examination to be held in Nov 2009, but it will be my only attempt as from May 2010, the examination will be held only under new syllabus.
So. i am confused as to what I should do
continue with the same course or switch over to new course.........
