I HAVE LOST MY 6 MONTHS IN ARTICLESHIP.
I HAVE DONE MY ARTICLESHIP FOR A PERIOD OF 7 MONTHS AND 13 DAYS. AFTER THAT I HAVE LOST 6 MONTHS DUE TO SOME PROBLEMS.
NOW I AM GETTING REGISTERED UNDER NEW EMPLOYER WITH THE NEW FIRM. WHEN WILL I BE ELIGILE TO APPEAR FOR THE FINAL EXAMS. WILL THE PRESENT SCHEME OF COMPLETING 2.6 MONTHS APPLY TO ME THE SCHEME OF 2 MONTHS WILL APPLY.

can i become the propriter of my family business during my articleship without taking the permission of our institute. if no how it can be obtained. if icai denied the permission then what to do

Dear Sir,

I have given my PE2 Exams in Nov 2007. I have cleared it with good marks too. Know i want to start my articlesip but i dont have my certificate for complition of my compulsory computer trainning i have completed my trainning and only Exams are pending. The exams are pending from Aptech Institute from Nov 07 till date. Know i am facing problem for my registration as i dont have that certificate. The last date for registration is 30th April. What should i do?

As per new notification of icai what is procedure and critaria for joining the course.

I am a service holder . I would like to join the CA course. I would like to know if it will be possible for me to do the articleship training while in service.

Is the CPT Syllabus going to change for June Attempt?

Actually my CA- final attempt is in Nov09 and i read in recent CA newsletter that first CA final new course examinations are going to held in Nov08 and when i ask Institute for the new course registration they told me that if u want new course registration u have to go for MAY 2010 examinations which i don't want, so pls resolve this query
