Friends If someone cleared pe-2 in nov 2007 then His final attempt will be due in nov 2010. (Under new scheme)

But on the other side If a student cleared pe-2 in may 2007 then he will be elegible for final exam in Nov 2009. (under old Scheme)

Friends Its totally unfair for all those who cleared pe-2 in nov 2007, so I want to know-

1. Who will be elegible in May 2010 ?
2. Is There any Students union which can request to Institute, to save the important time of students ?.
3. How can we tell these things to President and other honorable members of the institute.

I am Anu, CA finalist. My exams are due in May2010 and I will finish articleship in Oct10.

1) Please tell me which international qualifications exist which can be pusued from India itself and are valued in the market. I can give few examples i.e. CIMA, ACCA, CPA, CISA, you can always tell me more. What are the prons and cons of each one...which one would be best for me professionally?

2) Kindly tell me the few professional/monetary valuable best fields to concentrate upon during my studies so that after completion of course, I take a job in that field..say investment banking or ......

Actually I want 2 qualification .. one is CA and another one you would suggest...., and these 2 qualifications should be professionally sufficient to get a top notch job in 3-4 fields you suggest me to concentrate upon...???

Thus, please tell me qualification to pursue and fields to concentrate..

A has taken premises on Rent from B and paying monthly Rent. While paying Rent A is deducting TDS on Rent at the rates prescribed u/s 194-I (IT Act).
 
As the premises being used by A and its subsidiray company C, A is allocating some portion of Rent to C.
 
Query:-
 
* Whether C is liable to deduct TDS on Rent paid to A?
* If A is allocating some other office expenses also to C on the basis of certain fixed percentage then whether C is liable to deduct TDS on the payment made to A?

Can the assessing officer may object that C is showing expenses but there
is no TDS has been shown/ deposited by the company in its TDS return ?

my ca final exam is due in may 09.
please let me know that how many leave i can take as per icai rules ? I'm very tensed as study while training is a herculean task.

The thing is that I have completed the stage of pe-2 in the month of May 2007 and started my Articleship on the 10 August 2007 as well as registered for C.A final (old scheme)where I will have to appear for exams in the month of Nov,2009 .Suppose if I want to get registered under the new scheme of C.A final what would be the Fee payable for it and the month in which I would be appearing for exams.

Dear Sir/Mam
Can anyone tell me whether the proposed changes in the Articleship Regulations that is likely to come in like :
a) Restriction on taking transfer from the present principal before 6 months of completion of articleship.
b) Restriction on intra city transfers.

Are the above two restrictions likely to come into force or are these just rumours ? and if these proposals are likely to come into effect what is the likely date of these new regulations coming into force?
