i heard that the exams in nov 08 are on alternate days,is it only for nov08 /all exams after that

so will the papers be tough

how should be our preparation

Final Exams on alternate days

The institute has come out with a very good timetable,but the worry behind is will the papers be tough as for example in case of direct taxes we have two days holiday,does that mean its gonna be tuff?
What abt the correction?will it also be tough assuming students had a day's gap for revision before the exam.

Is there any exemption for the candidates who passed final in May 2008 and those who possess working experience? Bacause for working people, it is very difficult to spare 15 days.

relating to artcleship

I am from a PE2 stream.I cleared one group of PE2 in Nov 2006 attempt and started working as a paid assistant in a CA firm till i cleared the other group in Nov 2007 attempt and registerd in the same CA firm from 1-Feb-08.My articleship will ends on 31-Jan-11. my exact query is,Can i set-off the period in which i worked as a paid assistant with my articles,is there any Article s rule for the same?

leave for final exam

my attamt in may 09. but ca refuse to give any holiday due to bad relation. so how many holiday i can take as per ICAI.
i will complete 2 year in 21,january,2009.

and what kind of action i can take in such situation?
suggest me.
and give any reference that i can contract.
