i have appeared for nov,2008 exam . my 2 years training was ended up on 6th sept 2008, Since i was getting omly 1 1/2 months to study i requested my principle to grant me excess leave. He said that from june u dont come regularly but come two three days in week . As if we gort any work it does not get complete within given period ex. audit and all. Same way some times i went for whole week andsome times foe 2or 3 days only. i did not maintain any record. and from 7 th sept,2008 i was on complete leave up to 19/11/2008. He has not paid any check for me for 06 to Nov08 .Now my principle harras me for leave and says i gave u lot of leave if u need leave now u have to work even after completing articleship. he alwyas insults me. Tell me ehat is the actula rule i m in big trouble can i take transfer now.
I want to know with respect of ICAI regulation ACT that
1) how many days an artical can get leaves
2) wether it includes examination reading time (e.g. 2.5 or 3 month leave) and examination as a leave.
If possible than must give any reference from ICAI ACT or any circulers or any notification regarding that.
Please reply as soon as possible.

While calculating Min. stock we need average rate of consumption n that why we take Average of units (in formula) to b produced multiply by usage per unit of product?Any specifis reason?

I have taken transfer from my Principal.
But he has not given credit for leaves taken for ITT training.
Is there any way I can avail credit of the excess leaves he has shown in my transfer form.
