Can a CA student persue MBA (with correspondence) also? If yes, is he requuired to take permission from the institute?

Mutual Fund or Insurance Agent?

Dear Experts

Can an article student become a mutual fund or insurance agent during his articleship time?If yes whether he has to surrender his license once he becomes a CA?

PE II passing Certificate

I had cleared my PE II exam held in the month of NOV 2007. But still I haven't received my PE II passing certificate. So can anybody tell me how to get my PE II passing certificate. I will apearing for CA Final exam in the month of May 2010.

Industrial Training

Principal CA is not giving transfer for Industrial training to student. What is the solution with the student? Is it a misconduct on part of the CA?

Section 35 (1)(ii) of Income Tax act

As the wording u/s 35(1)(ii)is

"Scintific Research association, University, College or Other Institution "

Can the "Deemed University" is elegible for the deduction u/s 35(1)(ii) if it engaged in the "research & development" activities specifies under the aforesaid section.
