If a company is contributing to PM Relief Fund as CSR, will it get tax exemption under Section 80G ?
We have a TRUST for Charity Purposes, if we contribute an amount of Rs 13 lakhs (13 lakhs to be spent under CSR) to that Trust will it be considered as CSR expenditure ?

We are Pvt Ltd Company having profit before income tax is 6 Cr and after income tax is 4.5 cr whether we are fall in Corporate social responsibility or not.

While incorporating a new private limited company through SPICe 32 is it mandatory submit lease/rental deed as office address proof ?
