What is the labour law as per companys act. Please clarify details regarding employees benifit, specially bonus, PF, ESIC,Privilege leave, Casual leave Gratuaty etc.

As we know that a doctor can’t operate.

As we know that a doctor can’t operate the operation of her family consent or any family members.
So under the advocate or CA Act Or CS Act is there any regulation that the advocate or CA or CS can appear to there consent authority if the case is of family members. Or Cannot make the notary of the documents of the family members or cannot appear in the litigation matters of the family members or CA cannot sign the B/s & P/L A/c of the family members.

Notary.

1)After Becoming or getting the advocate degree or after passing the last exam of the advocate the person known as advocate can notary any document or there is any time limit or specific years or months that he is entilted to notary the documents.

2)if a lawyer or solicitor of same family can notary his same family's documents , or relatives documents.

3)can a solicitor have the rights to do notary.

STAMP ACT

I AM A PARTNER OF ABC WE HAVE PURCHASED A PLOT IN OUR FIRM NAME IN INSTALLMENT FROM FINANCIAL INSTUTUION BUT DUE TO UNAVIODABLE CIRCUMTANCES THE PARTNERSHIP FIRM IS DISSOLEVED AND I HAVE PAID ALL THE AMOUNT TO MY PARTNER TOWARDS THEIR SHARE INVESTMENT IN THE FIRM.

NOW I WOULD LIKE TO TRANSFER THIS PLOT IN MY NAME BECAUSE PARTNERSHIP FIRM IS DISSOLVED.

WHEN I CONTACT TO FINANCIAL INSTITUTION THEY SAID 1ST YOU HAVE TO REGISTERED THIS PLOT IN YOUR PARTNERSHIP FIRM NAME AND THEN GET THIS PLOT TRANSFEERD IN YOUR NAME BUT MY PROBLEM IS HOW I CAN REGISTERED THIS PLOT IN MY FIRM NAME WHEN THE FIRM IS DISSOLVED AND THE PARTNER OF THE FIRM IS NOT IN MY CONTACT.
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO.

Arbitration Act, 1940.

Any Dispute between the partners should settled by Arbitration Act, 1940 why? What is the benefit in it? & the partners of the partnership firm or vice –versa cannot file the case in other courts or they have to depend on Arbitration Act, 1940 only?

Who are the judicial authorities in india & in which section it is provided that the following are the judicial authority? Because judicial authorities come under the constitution of India, 1949.

It may be noted that the minor .

It may be noted that the minor has to give the notice to the register that he has or has not become a partner, so as per which section it is applicable. What is the time limit to give notice to the register & if not then he will be considered as a partner or not or with the penalty provision will be attracted or any kind of prosecution if any? Please help as per which section, act it is possible.
