My question is whether a private company has to take unsecured loans only from its directors or from outsiders too?

sir,
plz do tell me that
when is the company required to submit comliance certificate. i.e. what is the limit of share capital after which compliance is necesary
is it 10 lakhs authorised share capital or issued capital. plz do explain.

I am having Munish Bhandari's CORPORATE LAWS & SECRETARIAL PRACTICE FOR CA FINAL - Jan 2009 edition.

can anyone tell whether this one is enough or i av to purchase a new book for may 2010 exams.

if this book is enough and i av to go through only amendments, circulars and notification, then can you please whether the same is availble in net.

Difference between

What is the difference between imprisonment & prosecution as per law.

What is the difference between Adjourment & postponed or postponement as per law.

The offences under the act are criminal offences give rise to imprisonment for a term or fine or both. What do u mean by for a term.
