What is the time limit for final registration before exm 6 or 9 months..??

Hi

I have received email from exam.ind.in regarding final registration validity. My final course registered on 2007, I am confused whether I need to revalidate registration or not.
they mentioned I have to submit revalidation letter befote 5th jan otherwise my nov 2013 result will be withhold.
pls advice

i am a final year student and appeared for nov 2013. all my friends got a letter from icai about articleship confirmation except me. and so i tried to contact wirc mumbai but they are not responding properly. m worried about the action they will take against me?
