Is company act 2014 applicaple in Law for Ipcc nov 2014 ?

normally what people say is icai does not give exemption in one paper so easily even if you have done good enough worthy of exemption if your other papers in that group is very poor securing just 10/15 marks. IS IT So? have you come across any instance where you/your friends got exemption in one paper despite poor performance in other papers in the group ? pls pls share views.... thanx

june 2014 was my 3rd attempt of CPT exam. I was not able to clear as I scored 83 marks. please suggest how should I prepare for dec 2014 attempt?. give me some tips?..really I m shocked due to my third failure in CPT....!..waiting for ur suggestions guyz..!

Someone pls reply i am about to complete my articleship on 28th of August 2014, n wl appear for finals in November 2014, my employer says he will be showing my excess leave for 7 months, now i am scared because i may not be able to appear for exams in November is it so?? Is it necessary to serve excess leave before exams?? Pls help

I started my Articleship period commencing from 21/04/2012.Subsequently I took termination on 21/01/2013. Date of my re-registration is 06.02.2013 and due date of completion of my articleship period is 06.05.2015.... Will i able to give my CA Final exams on Nov 14.....
