Hi (Urgent)

I have failed in Ipcc nov2014 attempt, and i want to reappear in the coming exam. I am direct entry student and i want to take termination, is it ok when i am reappearing i am not registered under a CA?

In all reference books of audit including icai's study mat and practice manual, old sections of companies act have been quoted everywhere . whereas for audit, 2 chapters were applicable for Nov 14.. are we supposed to quote new sections of new act for may,15 or old ones.

Hello friends, I am going to appear in May 2015 ca final, and i had done classes for idt in 2013 when my first attempt was due. I had done classes from Rajkumar Sir (eten) and now i wanted to refer new amended notes for May 2015.
Pls tell me what is best either to study old notes and refer 2-3 amendment books or to prepare from new notes.
It is not possible for me to take classes now for amendments so i had to do self study.

Also for dt i was thinking to purchase the new set vinod gupta sir's notes for which i had already done classes from him in 2013.

Pls guide me.

Hi. I am in CA final, have my attempt in Nov 2015. So far I am done with coaching of AMA, SFM, taking FR, I have plans to take coaching of DT and IDT, rest theory subjects-planning to do myself. Now with this preparation I am confused if I can sit for both grps or whether I should go for industrial training in 3rd year and sit for grp 1 in Nov, 2015. I will complete 2 yrs of articleship by 6th March. I am very tensed and unable to decide. I seek suggestions from experts and experienced CAs.

I started artickeship on 28 April,12 But got transfer in aug & There is 1 Mnth gap.. can m give nov'15 Exms?

I am appearing for the third time for CA final exam in may 2015 and recently i have joined an auditing firm, they have approved a study leave of 15 days prior to exam. I want to plan the studies for 2nd group as i have not yet started and find it difficult, so please help me out.

Hi. I Will be appearing for the CA Final exam in Nov 2016 but want to study now itself. Can u tell me which subject is not likely to change.
