I have cleared CA Final Group 1 under old scheme in May 2016.

I want to appear in May 2024 for CA final group 2.

I want to confirm that if I apply for conversion now will I need to appear for Group 1 again?

Please clarify. I am rejoining after too long gap.

I have query that if my member ceases practice after I fill my CA FINAL examination form then what formalities do I need to comply with and if there will be any impact on my exams?

I had written 2nd group inter exam under unit 10 scheme and had exemption in Paper 8 FM and Economics by writing unit 10. In my May 2023 attempt I got exemption in Paper 5 Advance Accounting.
Can I claim exemption on Paper 5 Advance Accounting for November 2023 exam?

I am a CA Final student and have appeared for both groups in may 2023 but failed to clear, my querry is that if I give exam for single group in nov 2023 exam and clear the same, then what are my eligibility criteria in may 2024 also i have completed my articleship in 2022.

I am now doing articleship-a direct entry stsudent of CA Intermediate, Joined articleship on june 1 2022 and terminated on 3rd March 2023 ie, Exactly After completing 9months I have a leave of 45days during these 9months. I am not joining another firm before May 2023 Inter Exam. Can i write the exam on May 2023 if i didn't join another firm for articleship ?

I WAS CONVERTED FROM CA FINAL (OLD) TO CA FINAL (NEW) COURSE. ALREADY I WROTE CA FINAL (OLD) COURSE SEVERAL TIMES AND CLEARED SECOND GROUP . ALREADY COMPLETED GMCS COURSE. IS IT COMPULSORY FOR ME TO COMPLETE ADVANCED ICITSS COURSE. i started my articleship on 23 rd july 2020 and took transfer in 2ndd year my excess leaves were 240 at that time ,thereafter i got registered under 2nd principle and under him my articleship completion date is 28th july2023 excluding excess period to be served .
i am confused how to calculate my total excess leaves as my total leaves under old principle were 272,out of which 32 were allowed during that period and thus i was having excess leaves of 240 at that time.
but by now how do i calculate my excess leaves and final completion date of articleship. now am i eligible to give may 23 attempt

I have converted in new syllabus & appeared for CA Final exams in old as well as new course. I have also completed my article ship in Sep 2015 & I have also completed 100 hours ITT, GMCS I & GMCS II.

So what will be the treatment for old students in new proposed scheme after conversion

I was thinking because of some issues I am not able to finish my CA intermediate. So I was thinking to finish the ATC course and after that I will finish my CA course.
