What were the ICAI action on high level committee report?

I am planning to Appear in May 2022 after a break of 3yrs Please help me to choose the best professor and Books of CA Final. Also which jux checking the same on the goggle I found UnAcademy is it worth to take coaching form them are all their professor good enough my main focus would be FR in Grp one and DT in grp 2

Please guide me that whether
1. SCRA Act 1956 and
2. SERFAESI Act 2002

Are deleted from the syllabus of old course corporate and allied laws for Nov 21 exam????
Please guide me as soon as possible.

1. I have qualified CS from ICSI. So I am eligible for exemption for 3 Papers in CMA Inter as under
a) Group-1: Paper-7 and Paper-8
b) Group-2: Paper-12

2. Can I appear Group wise? i.e., Group-1 in first attempt and Group-2 in second attempt? In such case whether exemption is available or I have to appear both groups?

3. What will be the passing marks for clearing Paper?

4. E.g. in Group-1, there are 2 paper (rest 2 are exempted). How much I have to score to clear a group? If I secure 50% in one Paper and 35% in other paper, will I be exempted from paper in which I scored 50% and have to appear for only paper in which 35% is scored?

5. When should I apply for claiming exemption based on qualification?

6. Can I claim exemption from SAP, Microsoft and Soft skill Training?

Please guide on the above points

I stay near Airport, and I would appear for CMA FInal Exam but I am confused as to which Centre to choose

Kolkata North 1 Centre code 305, Kolkata North 2 Centre code 329, or any other which shall be shortest to me.

The issuse is I have applied for certified copies of paper idt , but I recieved paper scmpe,dt,elective paper certified copies not paper idt.. I have been contacting helpline exams icai and send mails since 3 weeks but I’m not getting any response to that
